The staff were very accommodating. They secured my luggage until my room was ready. i received a text when my room was available, very convenient. my room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the stay.
I could hear their operation. the spooling cables set up an intense vibration through the walls. earplugs and a pillow over my head couldn't keep out the sound and vibration.

the hotel offered a very clean environment, which i appreciated. the front desk staff was helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. the location was prime, placing me within easy reach of key attractions. i found the valet parking service quite efficient.
It wasn't terribly loud, but i did notice it at times.

The room was clean upon arrival and it was spacious. i found the valet parking service efficient. They brought my vehicle up quickly each time. the pool area was also well kept and a welcome amenity.

the location offers convenient access to the waterfront area. a short walk leads to coal harbour, great for easy strolls and scenic views. stanley park is also within a reasonable walking distance, around 20 minutes.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . They quickly addressed any requests i had. housekeeping provided a very comfy and tidy room, with prompt and efficient daily service, and the room amenities were restocked daily.
